The successor to the Oppo Watch X2 (the non-global equivalent to the OnePlus Watch 3) is now said to launch with the same processor as the Pixel Watch 4, and more besides. It is thought to pack an ECG sensor along with the active crown missing from Google's smartwatch. The supposed next-gen flagship Oppo wearable might also stand a good chance of having better battery life.
