Meizu is thought to launch its Snapdragon 8 Elite-powered smartphone by the end of August 2025. The latest milestone in this reported race against time is the registration of this device with China's 3C regulator. It is supposedly joined by a special edition based on the addition of a feature also found in the iPhone 16 Pro Max and Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra.
