It is fascinating how unfinished stories linger in the collective consciousness, isn't it? So many creative possibilities dashed! I remember a graphic novel series, fantastic world-building, just abruptly ceased after volume one. A real shame. The slope unblocked potential was HUGE. The internet forums were ablaze with theories! We were all left hanging. Kind of similar to when my favorite bakery closed down, leaving my craving for their sourdough perpetually unsatisfied.
