After nearly three years of fighting BOE in court, Samsung has reportedly secured an "unprecedented" decision from the US International Trade Commission (ITC) against Chinese display maker BOE. The decision, which is said to be finalized in November, reportedly bans the sale and import of BOE displays in the US.
