Laut einer Quelle bei Activision spürt der Publisher den Druck seines Rivalen nicht. Nach zahlreichen Leaks zu Battlefield 6 und einem bevorstehenden Playtest ist die Vorfreude auf das Veröffentlichungsdatum am 10. Oktober groß. Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 hingegen hofft, bei der Gamescom-Präsentation am 19. August noch mehr Aufmerksamkeit zu erregen.
