Cyberpunk 2077 just got FSR 4 support and a new video from YouTuber RandomGaminginHD breaks down what it takes to get AMD's latest upscaling tech running in Night City. Once enabled, though, FSR 4 delivers sharper visuals and better frame rates, just don't expect miracles without tradeoffs.
