Big BROTHER has always been listening, tracking... but, why would anyone use an online service, for counseling, ect... wtf... that requires YOURS/EVERYONE'S INPUT for its "training data", billions/trillions of it, just for it to get it wrong or misinformation, or repetitive gibberish, or heavy political bias answers/messages?!
