Well the hisence is good company , and quality sound so far is very good , now sony it been on sound for long time , but sony has a big problem with distorsion even the expensive amps and speakers , at low volume are good but at high is bad distortion 0.007 , even the technics has a 0.005 also dennon...sony was good long time ago now its ok , no the best still pricy...After all hisence is getting better day by day just give a chance to improve....

$1300 for a system that has no room correction ability and only 4.1.2.... hmmm hisense is cooking too hard... They ought to just not have a system tuned by Devialet and save a few dollars there in marketing to lower the price of this... They Sony Quad can charge this much because its technically 4.1.4 or 5.1.4 depending how you look at it and Sony has actual Room correction... A 6.5" subwoofer is most likely not going to amount to much even if you tossed most of that 720w at it...
