After T-Mobile in the US and One NZ in New Zealand, now Starlink's direct-to-cell service is making a mark in Ukraine, the first country in Europe to adopt it. Starlink's satellite Internet has been active there for quite a while, and local carrier Kyivstar is now launching cellular Starlink.
