Nvidia announced that its upcoming Release 580 driver will end support for Maxwell, Pascal, and Volta GPU architectures, affecting popular graphics cards including the GTX 700, 900, and 10 series, as well as the Titan V. While users can continue using existing drivers, they will no longer receive Game Ready updates, performance optimizations, or security improvements once the 580 series launches. The newer Turing-based GTX 16 series remains unaffected by this change.
