I often times keep my laptops that I use as desktops upside down (not like that though). Though many laptops even without hanging them like that when placed upside down fall apart. But it does help with heat.

I think on my notebook, if I did this it'd actually IMPROVE cooling.  I assumed they had done it for that reason actually.  I'd be concerned about hinges (maybe, depending on design it may not stress them at all) but thermal design on these tends to be questonable enough that it may actually  open up vents that usually face down and improve cooling.

This is the first time I've seen  anyone use a laptop like this..I wonder about the output of this setup. Why not just use tablet or ipad instead? (With the keyboard ofc)
