Volkswagen's next major "hot hatchback" will launch as a variant of the marque's upcoming affordable compact electric vehicle (EV), according to a new leak. The "ID.2 R" might have the highest brake horsepower (bhp) spec of its series, along with an innovative new motor placement in order to make it into a potent all-wheel drive (AWD) electric car.
