"Drift prone," meaning the Joy-con 2 use the same type of sensor as basically every home console ever, except for the Dreamcast. PS5 and Xbox SX also use potentiometers. Loads of people report drift on those consoles, yet games media acts like it's a uniquely Nintendo problem.
