Also, the power consumption for Intel i9 MBP is no different than any M(n) Max MBP.

Where is the info about the temperature of the passively cooled chip itself? I don't really trust this concept. I would imagine the company that is this greedy would be interested in making the product lifecycle very limited.

1250 euro here in Portugal. I have chosen a tablet for office proposes and it is working well since i don't have to write long texts.

I just bought a new Windows laptop that I think will replace my Macbook, and I noticed it is not mentioned here in the comparison table. I hope Notebook Check will do a review later.

I paid $1500 USD for the Samsung Galaxy Book5 Pro 16" (Intel Core Ultra 7 258V/1TB SSD/16GB RAM). It is about the same price as the 15" Macbook Air and also a super light laptop (the lightest really you can buy in the stores where I live). It has a 120hz 1800p OLED display. So far I am preferring it over the Macbook thanks to Windows, I don't need to use two different machines.

I have the M4 Pro Macbook and I'll tell you the number one problem. No Windows as an option.

Bring back dual boot, or I'll avoid Apple from now on. Mac OS is a problem. There are problems, simple things like 1440p displays are not properly supported by Mac OS.... and then there is software compatibility.

It is really unfortunate I can't dual boot, I would like to use Mac OS for basic tasks and web browsing and travelling but I just end up having to buy TWO laptops.

What is the point, just buy one, a Windows one.
