I do wonder what kind of scheme it is, if so many brands like huawei, vivo, oppo and others got better sized and higher resolution camera sensors of ultrawide and tele cameras, better battery, charging, display aspect ratio,...
Samsung is clearly lacking in tele camera reach, which I would say is the main pain point of their folables, yet they upgrade the main camera which already got 4 times better performance than other 2.

Foldables, specially flips, which should basically be just a bended phone, should have hi end specs, specially for their price, yet, no.
Its definitely partly by design, but look at flips, flip phones as basically bar phones with added hinge for bending, there isnt any need to make them too slim, so cameras could be flagship level, yet...

This is why I call them Pretty Phones, since it seems they are made with that intention, no spirit of hi end.
