I have decided to boycott the PC gaming industry, crappy unoptimized games + graphics cards with prices that cost so much you can buy multiple PCs and consoles with and still can't run many games properly, the industry has just gone insane

This is not an issue with hardware. The real problem is the game is poorly optimized due to lazy developers.
