One day after ordering I went to login to my Walmart account and it said my account had been suspended and to refer to the email I was sent for more information. But I didn't get an email. I called and they told me to email to email
[email protected] so I emailed them and they said my account wasn't suspended and I should talk to customer service. So I called customer service back and told them the situation again and they also said my account was still active and so was my order. So I asked them to try entering my username or phone number into Walmarts login and see what they got and they said they saw the problem and would need to escalate, and that I should call back if I didn't hear back in 3 business days. So I called back in 3 business days and that guy said that the first guy should have said 7 business days so I called back in 7 business days. That guy said my account wasn't suspended. He refused to try logging in as me but had me try uninstalling the app and logging in from my computer and a third device, all of which I'd already tried but I did again to humor him. Then he said he could cancel my order and I said obviously that's not what I wanted. So he told me I should just stop calling until it shipped. So, I have no way to check if my order has been cancelled or not. Super frustrating. I was planning to call to check on it a few days before. But I guess I shouldn't even do that.
