Yep. This idtech engine, which was praised as "it would be so much better and more performant than Unreal Engine", provides the exact same crappy performance and exclusion of non RT cards.

Hmm. Play on gamepass that im already subbed to or buy full price on steam?  For a game that might get 20-30 hours of my time.

Since the price is so high everyone I know has flocked to Gamepass to play the game on PC, or those that own an Xbox are playing it already.

If its Steam player count is any indication, Doom: The Dark Ages is not meeting expectations. Fewer gamers on the marketplace are anxious to play it than with previous titles. A high price may be leading players to subscribe and download it on Xbox Game Pass instead.
