A14 will not have backside power delivery, but ~ a year later will, perhaps called A14P.

Sounds like this would be a mean upgrade to my mostly undervolted Coffee Lake based BOINC computing for science farm!  Probably easily 10X efficiency.  I'll be busy doordashing.
