Version 2 of Sony's PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution is set to be even more effective at upscaling games to full 4K resolution using artificial intelligence, whilst requiring less performance than the current technology. The new AI model also promises enhanced visual fidelity at both 4K and 8K resolutions.
