Interesting that the licence in place when I purchased my Wii 8 years ago can be replaced. What is to stop GM or Ford from doing the same thing with their cars and trucks? Farm equipment has already gone this route.

Never purchased a nintendo device and never will. Sony, Microsoft, Apple are lot better than nintendo and they have massive titles to play.

That's 100% illegal in Europe so... basically that part of the agreement is null (though I'm sure Nintendo will try to fight it anyway).

Nintendo has updated its US EULA to emphasize that those who do not comply can lose access not only to their digital content but also to their console. These changes come ahead of the Switch 2's June 5 release which will bring new ways to interact with other users.
