Cant you just calculate this by yourself using something like Devcheck?
I know its third party but still -its not that hard.
The main thing I worry about is automatically lowering the battery's voltage after x numbers of cycles.

All Japanese makers (Sony, Sharp) have had this for years.

Google is just being lazy once again, and I wouldnt be surprised if Samsung follows suit. This is one feature that Apple got right since they first introduced it.

After working on it for years, Google's Battery Health feature is now available in Android 16 Beta 3. Unfortunately, it will not be released for older Pixel smartphones including 2023's Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro.
