That's what it looks like, but why would he have something so ordinary on a shelf next to rare collectibles and prototypes? Maybe demoing something on the phone we haven't seen yet, idk.

It's just a pic of the Razor Edge.  I have it on my desk.  Clock and other items are Android too.  The app is a little different.  Maybe a new Xbox app for Android?

It does have that control scheme. But I kind of doubt Spencer would keep it on a collectibles shelf unless it was something rarer or a very limited edition.
