I have had cinematic 8K video capture on my LG V60 for almost 5 years. 8K resolution at 26 fps, encoded at 10 bit HDR10+ format in Rec.2020 color space. Quad Dac for the audio and 5G comms, however, my daily driver is still an iPhone 128GB Space Grey 1st Gen SE so...

The iPhone 17 series will support 8K video recording, according to a new leak. It is, however, unclear if all the phones or just the Pro and Pro Max models will be capable of it.
