Nice findings however it is missing a KEY point.

Namely, while putting the 'H' series processors in these COULD BE clearly a design mistake, how is the throttled performance COMPARED to a 'U' series in a similar chassis?

Is the throttled 'H' performing better or worse than a 'U' in the small form chassis?
