That's brilliant marketing. Mind you, the stylus is really a convenience, a niche per se, but with one major competitor, the Samsung Galaxy series. It's time to rule the stylus market, with a high (Edge+) end and mid-range (Moto G) product.
If they Make a smart stylus, with superior impact retention, (the stylus tends to sling free during drops) and it's a direct competitor, coupled with the technology of the edge+ and the edges lower price point. hats off to Motorola.

Following the launch of the Motorola Edge+ (2022) with stylus support a few years ago, it appears Motorola is planning to bring back stylus support to the Edge series. However, this upcoming model might have a silo for the stylus like the Moto G Stylus series.
