And how's the GMtek NucBox with Ryzen 9 handling things? Any standout improvements in workload performance, thermals, or efficiency? I imagine the multi-core performance must be night and day compared to the i5-14500T.

Having used an Optiplex Micro 7020 with i5-14500T there is no ways I buy intel again. Compared to the GMtek NucBox with Ryzen 9 I replaced the Dell with - at a much lower price - there is no contest. AMD FTW
