Hi just some correction.
The update with those improvements comes out on march 4th. The original statement of rockstar mentions that date.

Rockstar has announced a huge update for PC GTA V players. It brings forth a ton of QoL features such as ray-tracing, support for DLSS/FSR/XeSS and even lets players take advantage of the GTA+ subscription service.
