I guess if there's a consolation to be found, it's that video game consoles (as of now at least) still come with blu-ray drives (ala Sony's Playstation 5) but even disk drives in consoles aren't a gimme anymore.

I hope physical disks will live at least few more years. I want to watch Arcane second season, UHD bluray is the only way to do it
