Mit dem MatePad Pro 13.2 (2025) geht Huawei einen großen Schritt in eine Zukunft ganz ohne Android, denn das Flaggschiff-Tablet setzt auf HarmonyOS Next, und kommt damit ganz ohne Googles Betriebssystem als Code-Basis aus. Durch die Flaggschiff-Ausstattung soll das Tablet direkt mit dem iPad Pro konkurrieren.
