Will there not be an RWD Cybertruck available at some point? If so it's possible that could achieve around 500 with the range extender.

Tesla will now allow transferring an FSD purchase from a Model 3 or Model Y to the Cybertruck for free as the pickup gets included in the Q4 incentive scheme.
