The OnePlus 12 lost the race to be the first Android smartphone to launch with its top-end Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor in 2023; however, its successor might have a chance to finish in more of a leading position this year. The 13 is now backed to launch ahead of a certain major sales event in China, which means it might be here relatively soon.
