A Toyota executive has announced plans for a battery-electric version of the Hilux pick-up. The President of Toyota Motor Thailand indicated that the EV would start to be mass-produced in the next couple of years. A concept of the pick-up, the Toyota Hilux Revo BEV, was unveiled in late 2022.
