The video speculates it could also pull in RDNA5 improvements, which is far from impossible if you're talking about custom designs with Sony's people giving AMD ideas.

4x is also described as a best case scenario, with 2-3x being more common. Worth noting that the headline is wrong, "400% uplift" = "+400%" = "5x" which is too much.
