Salaries always lag behind the systemic devaluation of fiat currencies, creating an obvious tax on the results of labor (and simply systemic theft of the results of labor in favor of the kleptocratic classes closer to the "printing press"). Because it is precisely this situation that allows the kleptokartic classes to rob society, that part of it that is most productive and effective from the point of view of the positive progress of human civilization, legitimizing the right to subordination and systemic control, through populism, among the uneducated segments of the population and thereby getting into the hands of control in societies and the ability to punish the disobedient by force.
No one has ever succeeded in throwing off this yoke in human history. Because this is again due to the fault of the stupid majority of the population, which in general was predetermined, sometime in the past, by natural selection. Sometimes, part of the parasitic layers can be punished through the efforts of an active, intelligent minority with progressive intentions for civilization, temporarily thinning the ranks of system parasites, sometimes this happens due to the collapse of management and control of the masses due to the stupidity of the system parasites themselves, but then everything returns to the usual state of affairs from -due to the inadequacy of the majority of the population. The calmer the time, the more systemic parasites there are; the more unstable it is, the fewer there are due to the "rapid sobering up" of the masses losing their livelihoods.

Now, since about 2008 and especially quickly since the end of 2019, we are moving into the next boiling stage, an overcrowded human anthill, and the parasites in it are fussing especially hard in order to survive themselves and remain in the ruling stratum for their broods... We must try to make another such revolution, for them and their broods, as painful as possible.

Although salaries remain confidential, internal leaked documents reveal that Tesla now pays its US factory workers between $22 and $39 an hour while dividing them into seven levels. The changes became effective last month, after being finalized in December 2023. Last year, the industry average was $28 an hour.
