We need a phone that prevents websites from knowing our location by ANY means(including by IP address). However, each time the location of the phone is needed to be known, the app should request it for every single location. Only GPS location should be able to be requested for each single time.

So kind of a cool concept, except that the Android drop-down // pull-down can be customized for individual connectivity, and also the camera and or mic. Additionally, you can also choose "All Sensors" and turn them all off, so while virtual, the functionality is already built in. Again, I like the idea, but I don't see anything about the phone or features that provides more security or functionality over anything else.

The Murena 2 privacy smartphone is proving to be a complete success, as the funding goal on Kickstarter has already been exceeded by a large margin. The device completely dispenses with Google apps and is intended to protect user date thanks to /e/ OS and privacy switch.
