Sorry... Quest Pro released 2022, so 3 years away is 2025.

Boz literally just had an AMA a few days after the original article came out, saying the Pro 2 is still in the works, saying they have numerous prototypes, and decided to drop one prototype in favour of another. The original article said the Pro 2 was expected next year, but John Carmack said when the Quest 2 was released, that they planned on 3 years between generational releases. The Quest 2 was released in 2020, and the Quest 3 is being released 2023. That means that the Quest Pro, released in 2021, wasn't even scheduled for release until 2024. Boz says not to believe what the bloggers say, as the "source" is probably a disgruntled employee who had their design scrapped.
