Why on earth would the Qualcomm choose to put both Cortex A715 and A710 in the same chip, when the A715 is an efficiency refresh of the A710. The A715 is supposed to have the same performance of the A710 but at 20% less power.

The A710 cores are supposedly designed to run 32-bit processes, primarily in the Chinese market.
