I forgot to add, the Spectre was about half the price despite being clad in real leather. I mean, if that thing had up-to-date hardware and 3:2 display, it would be no contest. Why pay extra for having trouble with software when you don't really gain any endurance? And it was already expensive for what it was. This thing is ridiculously priced.

The older Spectre Folio makes for an interesting comparison. That thing has an 8th generation x86 processor (a measly dual core with 615 GPU) and despite that can still keep up fairly well and offer very similar endurance on battery while being x86 native. It's a shame HP hasn't updated the hardware.

The HP EliteBook Folio 13.5 has a high-quality build and is versatile to use. With Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8cx Gen 2, it's also one of the few devices that run Windows as an ARM version. Our review will clarify what that means in everyday use.
