I guess it's telephoto camera that has 2x zoom (still better than no zoom), able to do portrait in 2x zoom as default. Lidar that helps with night time portrait (better autofocus in all modes too) and also dolby vision recording up to 4k 60fps instead of 30fps on non-pro model.

Could be. But that does not explain, why the Standard 12's cam is 1% better than the 11 Pro's one. That makes no sense in my eyes.

What is amazing though, is the possibilty to create 3D models with Lidar. But unfortunately they didn't mention that fact.

I'm looking forward what the Pro Max Sensor could do now.

Ich finde nicht, dass der Verzicht auf mmWave ein Unding in Deutschland ist. Immerhin sind hier noch nicht mal die Frequenzen dazu vergeben.

Seit dem Update auf iOS 14.2 hat sich die Leistung im Antutu v8 Benchmark erheblich verbessert. Das iPhone 12 schafft jetzt mehr als 610000 Punkte. Im GPU Score sind es fast 40000 Punkte mehr.

Das Slowmotion-Video "Apple iPhone X - PWM Flickering Test [Super AMOLED]" [1] zeigt ab 0:24 die Hell-Dunkel-Aufteilung optisch und nicht nur für einen Messpunkt. Was ich hilfreicher finde für einen Vergleich.

Könnt ihr bitte solche Slowmotion-Videos erstellen, zusätzlich zur Frequenz-Messung?

Zu PWM mit 50 Hz: Der Kurvenverlauf sieht so aus, als wären zwischendurch mehrere Perioden nach oben geklappt. Bei 50 Hz würde ich, ohne die Grafik gesehen zu haben, vermuten, dass in einer Periode nur ein Hell-Dunkel-Wechsel stattfindet.
