I have had 2 of these laptops.
Both have been taken back to the retailer due to them overheating. I am waiting on a refund.
When the screen turns off the cooling fans turn off leading to the system temps rising with the eventual shutting down of the laptop due to overheating.
Asus know about this issue but appear to be ignoring it.
Do Not Buy this laptop and do not buy any laptop unless you can test it first.

The Asus system utilizes liquid metal for its CPU over traditional thermal paste. Though Turbo Boost sustainability is excellent, core temperatures remain balmy at about 80 C when gaming.
