Also als Business-Variante gibt es das X sehr wohl mit Windows 10 Pro.

Erst dann wenn auf einem Surface X das volle Windows läuft kann das etwas werden. Das Hindernis ist schliesslich nicht 32 oder 64 Bit sondern Windows zum arbeiten oder eines zum spielen mit Apps.

Es wird wieder spannend für die Windows-on-ARM-Initiative, die aktuell mit Samsungs Galaxy Book S und dem Surface Pro X noch auf etwas wackeligen Beinen steht. Trotz immer schneller werdender Snapdragon-Chipsätze und speziell kompilierter Software - der Makel der fehlenden 64-bit Software-Unterstützung blieb und wird nun offenbar bald beseitigt. Der endgültige Durchbruch für Windows-Laptops auf ARM-Basis?
