Is this guy stupid? The purchasing power of Euros is even worse than USD, in general, they get less for more? Why don't they whine about paying more than the US for the same food or something?
When you account for differences in taxes, which you can hardly blame on the manufacturer, we often get a better deal. That's not the problem. It is what it is. We are used to it. The problem is that they make two versions of a device where one is clearly inferior, ask practically the same amount of money (again, putting aside taxes) and don't give us a choice. I imagine the only reason they make the Snapdragon version is that they fear they would lose market share in the US and China big time. They're essentially saying we can kiss their collective asses. That's their opinion of us. If the Exynos version was cheaper, it would be easier to swallow. We would still moan about not having the best. We just wouldn't feel as shafted.
