Weiß jemand wann das mal endlich stabil wird?

Und kann mir jemand ein Smartphone dafür empfehlen welches man problemlos nutzen kann? Vor allem die Messenger-App Signal soll funktionieren und halbwegs gute Bilder gemacht werden können.
