4k on a 15.6 laptop is pretty pointless imo. Not to mention, it is very taxing for even high end laptop GPUs such as gtx980m to run games at 4k. If you really wanted 4k, just get 30+ inch monitor, and plug it into the laptop. In other words,1080p is the still the best option.
It really depends on you needs, if you're willing to invest 1900 euro in a laptop I hope that's not for exclusively playing games. The screen (Sharp LQ156D1JW02D) is 4k, matte and very close to 100% adobe RGB (mine is 98% the review says 86% which seems low) that's by itself the dream of every graphic designer. Photo/video editing on this laptop is brought to another level. I personally doubt I can do photo work on any other laptop screen right now the screen is just gorgeous. This combined with the acceptable weight, great performances and the 1TB extra storage makes it a great machine. I can only think of the Dell XPS 15 being a contender right now (more expensive, bios issues, the sound is by far less good than the nitro one). If you want to play games they run pretty well in HD anyways and you'll be plugged in so no need to look for an issue here. Just my 2 cents I think that's a pretty amazing laptop we have here and it might not be the best option for gamers but it could be for other people.
