The benchmark results for the Gigabyte U2142-2117U is clearly well below, and not representative of typical performance of the Pentium 2117U due to throttling and other anomalies.  I believe it should not be excluded from the calculation of (average) CPU benchmark numbers in the Pentium 2117U page (http://www.notebookcheck.net/Intel-Pentium-2117U-Notebook-Processor.81886.0.html) as it skews actual performance and makes it hard and misleading to compare with other CPUs.

Conservative. A twist-and-tilt hinge, a matte display, large input devices and a Pentium processor - this doesn't sound like a truly exciting combination. But the manufacturer manages to combine this traditional approach with a slim, sleek chassis. So does Gigabyte stand a chance against the many competing sliders and convertibles?
