Google mal nach "Notebook is ok Datenbank"
Da kannst Du suchen nach:

Display "14-16" Zoll, "matt".
Prozessoren: "i3;i5" (Bei 600 EUR auch i5)
Modelle "Thinkpad;Travelmate;Vostro;Samsung;Pro" (Businessreihen)

Lenovo ThinkPad L420 NYV4GE (14'') oder Lenovo ThinkPad L520 NWB54GE (15'') habe ich beide unter 600,- € gefunden.

Wenn ich das richtig sehe, erfüllen sie alle deine Anforderungen.
