bc intel still has not improved their process node in years, i assume and e.g. intel arc iGPU is +70% perf at same power because it's made by TSMC 3N node.
In the budget space, manufacturers mostly like to sell old technology. The Qualcomm Snapdragon X is a bit long in the tooth, but not yet outdated. Still, it can beat the newest Intel options, as our review of the HP OmniBook 3 16 shows.
