It's doesn't matter that it has a nice OLED display and 16GB of RAM if it's just a dumb terminal - Chromebooks worked because they were dirt-cheap.

There's no reason why anyone would buy a premium Chromebook. This is just a nonsensical brand respin.

Hi, I'd first check whether this is a software/configuration issue rather than immediately trying to upgrade. The Xario service documentation indicates that some menu functions are controlled through configuration, and software upgrades are handled through the maintenance/service functions rather than simply changing a user setting.

Since you're on version 3.0, it may be worth confirming the exact TUS-X100 configuration and whether the missing submenus are supposed to be available on that installation. There is also a recent MedWrench reply to this exact issue claiming that the system can be upgraded to version 4, but I'd verify the appropriate upgrade package and procedure with an authorized service technician before installing anything.

I'd also avoid entering service menus or changing hidden configuration values unless you have the service documentation and appropriate training, since an incorrect setting could affect the scanner.
