According to a new report, Microsoft is set to release another smaller Surface Laptop soon. Built around Qualcomm's Snapdragon X2 platform, the new 13-inch laptop follows a release from earlier this year that brought 24 GB RAM and a 500-nit display to the Surface Laptop 13-inch as well.
